Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phpun online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through the phpun website and any related mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you ("User," "you," or "your") and phpun ("phpun," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the phpun Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the phpun Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phpun's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phpun.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the phpun Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phpun. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. phpun strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. phpun is designed for use by players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phpun complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms.
• Single Account: You may hold only one phpun account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phpun or by any relevant regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phpun or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Account Registration

To access phpun's gaming services, you must register a personal account. The following terms apply to your phpun account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpun login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. phpun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify phpun immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. phpun support is available 24/7 via live chat.
• Account Verification (KYC): phpun may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
• Non-Transferability: Your phpun account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

phpun's Finance / Wallet system facilitates deposits and withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the phpun Platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phpun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as Philippine debit cards. phpun does not accept credit card deposits for gaming purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 or such other amount as phpun may specify from time to time. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in your phpun Finance / Wallet section.
• Withdrawal Processing: phpun processes standard withdrawal requests within 1–4 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required. phpun does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All transactions on phpun are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpun is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
• Withdrawal to Source: phpun reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source used for deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

phpun offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Household: phpun limits bonus eligibility to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• phpun's Discretion: phpun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. phpun also reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if phpun determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates for each game type will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Responsible Gaming Override: If you have set deposit limits or are subject to any responsible gaming restriction, bonus offers may be adjusted or unavailable accordingly.

Game Rules & Fair Play

phpun is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following terms apply to all games available on the phpun Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game on phpun is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
• Random Number Generation: phpun's electronic games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers using physical equipment under controlled conditions.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, phpun reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to players. phpun's decision in such matters is final.
• Collusion and Cheating: Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems (bots), or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with phpun support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. phpun will investigate and provide a final determination. phpun's decision on game disputes is final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpun Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using phpun if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Opening or operating more than one phpun account
• Using phpun for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with phpun games or systems
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise phpun's platform, security systems, or game software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpun staff or other players
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in phpun's software for financial gain
• Accessing phpun from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Sharing your phpun account credentials with any third party
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent phpun's geographic restrictions

Responsible Gaming

phpun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. phpun provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your phpun account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phpun Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of the time elapsed and your net gaming position.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phpun Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phpun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpun Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phpun content without phpun's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phpun Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, system outage, or connectivity issues beyond phpun's reasonable control
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the phpun Platform or any game
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected under phpun's malfunction policy
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the phpun Platform

phpun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpun account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phpun's liability for death or personal injury caused by phpun's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

phpun collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phpun Platform, you consent to phpun's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpun implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. phpun will not sell your personal data to third parties. phpun may share data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for compliance and operational purposes.

Termination

phpun reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if phpun determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if phpun is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, phpun may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification and investigation procedures.

You may close your phpun account at any time by contacting phpun support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpun Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phpun operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. phpun is committed to full compliance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming operations.

Amendments

phpun reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpun will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the phpun Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the phpun Platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.
